Since the beginning of the Ukraine War, Swindon and surrounding villages have offered their support in lots of different ways, including fundraising, food and clothing donations and offering homes via the Homes For Ukraine Scheme. We also have a number of charities and community groups set up to work alongside the Swindon Borough Council to support Ukrainians arriving in Swindon.

Swindon is located in Wiltshire, Southwest of England, UK. It is a large, multi-cultural town located between the cities of London (71 miles 114km) and Bristol (35 miles 56 km).
It’s easy to travel to Swindon by;
• Car - the M4 motorway runs alongside Swindon
• Train – 1 hr from London brings you into Swindon train station
• Coach – National Express coaches travel regularly to Swindon bus station
